January 18 Monthly Event: Enterprise Project Management

Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver - Le Pavillon I and II, 791 West Georgia Street

Wednesday 5:00 - 8:00 pm

This session will provide you with a high-level view of Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) using the power of Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint 2010.  You will also learn about the end-to-end Project and Portfolio Management capabilities and how to help your organization drive maximum business value from its investments.

In addition to learning about what EPM is, a demonstration will also be given showing the new tools available within this discipline. A discussion of best practices, implementation and change management approaches and description of 5 quick wins that any organization can implement in under one month to lead to real and measurable organizational benefits.

Time will also be spent on understanding how the new reporting functionality works. The “art” of Business Intelligence is getting to trusted data and can really improve communications throughout your organization on priorities, projects and return on investments made.
